If you are outside the United States or Canada, shipping can be challenging depending on the country, some have more custom restrictions than others. You need to be available in case your local shipping carrier or your country's custom authority contact you for custom clearance. Failing to do so may end on the product being return to us, discharged or lost.

Also be aware that mayor carrier companies like UPS, FEDEX and DHL may charge you with expensive fees for custom clearance. This is why we prefer standard USPS international shipping even when it may take about a month to get to you.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada successfully on a regular basis via USPS international service. If you choose UPS instead, you may be charged with Customs Brokerage Fee plus taxes collected on delivery. You can look into a less expensive self-clearance option by advising the courier instead that you will pay duties and/or taxes directly to your local CBSA (Canada Borders Service Agency) office in major cities.

A single extract contains one herb. A blended herb extract contains 3-5 herbs as they provide a synergistic effect based on each herb's beneficial properties. Often, a blend of herbs produce better results than just the extract of one herb.

Alcohol-based tinctures or extracts can last up to 5 years if the are stored inside a closed bottle, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

We only use certified organic grain ethanol distilled from Non-GMO organic corn to manufacture our products. This USP/FCC grade alcohol contains zero additives, an undenatured alcohol product.  It is safe for human consumption and topical applications to the skin.

From fresh herbs: place a handful of the herbs into a glass, enamel or stainless pot, cover with cool water and lid, and slowly heat until steaming, but not boiling. Turn off the heat and let infuse 5-30 minutes. The longer your tea infuses, the stronger its flavor. Compost the plant material.

From dry leaves and/or flowers: boil 1 cup of water. Place 1-2 Tablespoons of dried herbs into a tea pot, glass canning jar or tea infuser. Pour the hot water over the herbs, cover with a lid or small plate, and let infuse for 5-15 minutes. Strain and compost the plant material.

From dry roots: place 6 tablespoons of chopped, dried roots into a glass, enamel or stainless pot. Cover with 4-5 cups of water and simmer for 20-30 minutes, covered. Turn off heat, strain and compost the plant material.

Liquid herbal extracts are often taken by placing drops under the tongue for faster absorption. However, due to their higher alcohol content, which aids in extracting the herb's beneficial compounds, the taste can be quite strong—especially with bitter herbs—or may cause a slight burning sensation. If you find the flavor too intense, we recommend diluting the drops in 1 fl oz of water or juice for a smoother experience.

For centuries, humanity has relied on the healing power of herbs, drawing from nature's wisdom and generosity. Sadly, much of this valuable knowledge has been lost over generations.
