The relevant difference is flavor: the Elixir is a naturally sweet, sugar-free glycerin blend, while the Extract has the classic pine-forward taste of a traditional tincture.
Relaxation Blend Extract features calming nervine and adaptogenic herbs used to support emotional steadiness and ease the effects of stress.
