This herbal extract is made with a blend of herbs traditionally used to support a healthy nervous system and promote relaxation and emotional balance.
Ingredients: organic ashwagandha (withania somnifera), wildcrafted or organic motherwort (leonurus cardiaca), organic skullcap (scutellaria lateriflora), organic wood betony (stachys officinalis), wildcrafted lemon balm (melissa officinalis), vegetable glycerin, and organic grain alcohol. The new formulation of this extract contains also organic holy basil (Ocimum sp.).

The only issue I have is it doesn't even come in a 4 oz bottle, only 2. Always out of the 4. I would love an even bigger bottle than 4 oz - less waste. And the 2oz is way too small. I use this every night in my night time relaxing tea.
