Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you’re unsatisfied, please email info@elderflowerbotanicals.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and reason for return.

  • Refunds are available for unopened, sealed items returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only and may take one billing cycle to appear.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • For product quality issues, we’ll gladly provide a prepaid return label once the return is pre-authorized.

  • Returns sent without pre-authorization may not be eligible for refund.

  • Due to health regulations, opened products cannot be returned.

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days of processing.
We offer UPS and USPS options for domestic and select international destinations.
Shipping quotes are available before checkout.

Please note: once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or customs-refused shipments.

Shipping to Canada

UPS orders may incur Customs Brokerage Fees and taxes upon delivery.
You may reduce costs by choosing self-clearance and paying duties and/or taxes directly to your local CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) office in major cities.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is offered within the continental U.S. for online retail orders of $20 or more (after discounts, before tax).
Eligible orders ship via USPS Ground or Priority Mail, whichever offers the best rate.
