Our Star Anise Extract is a highly concentrated tincture made with organic alcohol. Star Anise Illicium verum comes from a small tree with aromatic, star-shaped fruits. Besides its use as a spice in culinary, star anise is one of the vital ingredients of the Chinese medicinal herbs. It is also the source of the precursor molecule, shikimic acid known also as Suramin.

Star Anise Extract Ingredients & Directions
The directions are on the bottle’s label. Take 30 drops (1 dropperful) twice a day. Half of the dose (15 drops) for kids 5 to 12 years old. Notice that the dropper may not get completely full after squeezing it, this is normal. 1 dropperful is approximately 1 mL. For best results, dilute this product in water first and place under your tongue for 1 min and then swallow. You can also add it to a cup of tea or drink it with water.
